Comment on Ubermensch by Luftwaffles

I absolutely love this. The atmospheric background and painting style gives things an air of creepiness. Medic himself has a long line throughout his body a slightly grotesque twist; a claw-like hand gesture makes it even creepier. But it's also quite beautiful, too.
