wait wait! jk! the ISO was at 400. 
I just remembered
I just rememberedwell i pulled off to this one street that is very quite and hidden.. it only has one house at the very end of it. I used an ISO of 100 and it was a 30 min exposure I believe. and just as i my last minute of my exposure, a car drove to its home at the end of the street...which def helps with the pic! lol. As for the F-stop.. I believe it was at 5.0.I shoot alot of my night shots and long exposures at 5. I hope this helps!
