I have to agree - food service is an awful job - heck - anything in the service industry is awful. I sometimes think that everyone should try this type of work at some point in their lives to see what it is like!
I've been thinking about your work recently - you like to work with classic topics or older photos with lots of colour etc - have you ever tried a black and white piece? Like taking an old photograph of a swing band in action and working with it? I think it would be neat to see -
