Comment on Glass for Vista WB by fediaFedia

i went through all the steps bu i keep getting this messege when i try opening the glass stuff
c:\User\Public\Documents\Stardock\Glass_for_vista_WB_by_fediaFedia.zip: The archive is either unknown format or damaged.............how can i fix this so that it would work?
