I love rain too! My brother and I sometimes-in the summer time, of course-go outside to get wet! It's fun! Nero is so cute! Perhaps next time, to make her even cuter, you could give her a but larger of an ear?

PIc is good, you don't want realistic rain drops, it would take away from the effect of nero. Maybe google comic/cartoon rain drops, could be something there. Wish my horses were as good natured as nero, tempremental buggers they are.

I agree! Rain is lovely and refreshing, but often pointed out to be gloomy and depressing. Bah to that--I get rain where I live constantly, and it makes things so beautiful and green, and fresh.
This is a very nice picture that helps clarify that rain can be drops of refreshment and a sense of new. Very nice job! And I do believe that if you look up 'rain tutorials' here on dA, you'll find some neat things. :3
