I tend to forget things... I have old bits of stories for things I was writing when I was 17.

Heh, I have the same thing. It's a 79-page Word document called "excerpts.doc" that I started when I was... thirteen?

Mine have sected off into seeeevvveeerall documents. There are folders upon folders of crap, and one or two notes txt files.

I mean, i took out the ones that are from stories already begun and put those in the folders where they belong but otherwise yeah.

All my notes tend to connect to nothing. Some of it is just stuff I don't even remember noting down, like "weakling, w/deaths". I couldn't tell you what that means if you paid me. ^^; Then there are paragraphs noting an entire plot.

One of the best stories I have yet to write is one I have absolutely no notes for, and is more or less a spontaneous campfire tale sans campfire.

...And now you have me thinking up scores of random ideas that involve a weakling and deaths.

Ooooohh... *rubs hands*
