well in my stupid ways... along time ago... i installed vista service pack 1.... then the sound wouldnt work... well my little brain can only think that the volume controll caused this... and that tool bar is the volume controll ... so what do i do... i go to the uninstall manager.. and click uninstall quick launch buttons ... then realize i made a big mistake and then i went and did a turn back the clock ... where it was back b4 SP1 and the problem didnt happen... only doing this i crupted the quick launch... and it now is crupted ... but it works ... poorly... and i wanna fix it... but i dont know how... i did contact HP and they said i need to uninstall it ... but i cant... and they got me a ton of programs to uninstall it ... but none worked... so ... i cannot uninstall it ... HP told me to recover my computer... but i cannot do that till i uninstall or save a few programs... like MS office ... i mean i spent alot of money on that... and it is only a 3 license program... my computer came with the trial.. so i didnt use the disk... but i used the product key 3 times... so i cannot loose this copy...but by recovering my computer i cannot unregister my product key... and i cannot afford to buy a device to move the whole product to a temporary location... and i have a extremely painful head ake
... all my computers are crashing at once!

If I am correct, and you have a recovery partition, then just reinstall vista because it sounds like you've reached a point-of-no-return. If you do, then backup backup backup!

...

I said google it. That usually signals that you get out of paying for support.

i know... i did google it... nothing about it... all that came up is "can you get MS office 2007 for free" and contacting MS help for 49 dollars
