Well I'm guilty of not watching scraps, but now I am.. literally two seconds ago I selected to watch all scraps.
What I typically do with my "scrap" work that I'd like to have seen is submit it to my gallery so it's in my watchers message center, then right after submission move it to my scrapbook. Personally I use my scrapbook as more of a memorabilia stash since I'm not really a visual artist I wouldn't have sketches to put there. Pictures I take on vacation that aren't really artsy have a home in my scrapbook on this account.
Kudos for initiating this though, the scraps section certainly deserves more exposure and embracing.

A lot of us do this, but hopefully eventually we won't need to go through the gallery anymore 
Yea, it would be nice if people used the scrapbook more appropriately then people may want to watch it too. Then again you'll always have that one person who really doesn't care much for dA or the concept it represents and no matter where they submit their works it's not appropriate for this community.
