The people who made this game (Not Bandai) Seemed to have actually tried. I have a few gripes, though.
1: Music. The Intro has no music what-so-ever, and there are only a few tracks in the entire game. They get annoying.
2: You can level up your Digimon by fighting enemies. Okay, sure. But why do it that way when you have 396 rare candies at your disposal? I am not kidding. You can level up your digimon for free 396 times.
3: You also get 99 revives.
Other than that, not too shabby for a bootleg.

Really? I cant read the japanese so I didnt know what the items did. I found out which was the potion and only used that. 
I dont think I have the rom anymore though. 
I dont think I have the rom anymore though. One more thing, the evolution chains are questionable, and I can't find most of the famous rookies anywhere in the game. I see no Agumon, Veemon, Guilmon, or other famous rookies. I see their evos, though.
I saw agumon and Im pretty sure veemon...I dont really remember.
