well it adds a bit of a shocking touch when applied to art, whether it's scary, beautiful, or even cute. when someone sees a picture/drawing with blood in it, the mind automatically goes "!!!" even if you're into creepy stuff like that. not sure why humans act that way, maybe because we associate blood with death and horror, and we have good reason to. but having blood on one monster in this pack fits because each monster has their specific touch that seems to give off personality. the bloody monster makes you say, "hmm... I wonder what HE'S been up to..." XD
