Yeah any media sometimes pull that to be able to do something dramatic or force to story to go somewhere, because SOMETHING needs to go wrong so we can actually have a story to follow and see the characters fix it xD
And make the audience Cry DX, Because I almost did. They killed off all the really cool ones and then worried us sick about the surviving awesomeness the whole time!, they can't do this to a person!!!!! DX.
Lol well I guess Game of Thrones is worse on that matter
