Like Glaug said, it does have a Titan MS feel to it, which isn't bad in the least bit. Sometimes the Gelgoog gets a goofy look when people re-design it, but this is by far the most original I've seen. I love the shape, and the nontraditional legs, but it still is just dripping with Gelgoog goodness. It's one of my personal favorite designs of the One Year War. One question, did you intentionally remove the arm mounted thrusters/vulcan pods?

True, that's a good explanation.
The arm mounts where secondary anyway, and never served a really dynamic purpose except for the Gelgoog Jeager, which was equipped with Vulcan to keep enemies at bay. The vents I believe where more for mobility purposes, and in the Gelgoog Refined (RF) from F-90, they are rocket launchers.

But that's little things, your design is still outstanding, and I think it's really nice and original. As are all of your works! Love your style.

It wasn't an intentional decision on my part, I don't think I knew they were there when I did the redesign!

One could say they were added back in to the design after the first production models left the assembly line through feedback and testing. Then again, you could also believe that they were on the S model and removed for ease of production (Since this is the A model, and in Marine-type colors).
