Wow, I absolutely adore that mesh, it's an awesome addition. Nice job for pulling off blue and green together, they still managed to look murky and muted (good), and I love how you drew the horns.

I remember you telling on another piece how you liked that the lines seemed to vary in thickness. Well it's a a very simple trick I use in Photoshop. In your Brush Tip options, reduce the "roundness" and you obtain a calligraphy pen, as I call it. Do you have a pen tablet? Cause that's a must. I'd never see myself drawing without it now.
Once I got my 8 pixel, thin oval shaped brush ready, I just go nuts and don't pay much attention to what I do. Sometimes I rotate the direction of the tip, especially for the long strokes. Pen Pressure adds a lot to it as well.
