It's not monochrome picture (there's a colour layer added)
And even it wouild be a B&W picture - grey, white, black ARE colours.

Grey, black and white are not colours by definition. Or well, some say. Personally, I regard them as colours. Black being my all time fave colour anyway. But let's not get into that endless discussion.
