Ok, first you have to extract the downloaded zip file.

Now let's try to change folder icon.
1. Right click on any folder you want to change, and select 'Properties'
2. Select the 'Customize' tab
3. Select 'Change Icon...' button, then browse for your downloaded icon in Harddrive.
4. Apply - and done!

Noted that the location where you keep icons in your harddrive is important, if it moves to other location, then the folder's icon you've change will revert back to the default one. So be sure to put it somewhere safe first.
