ST, I was the exact same way
I started talking to people, you know letting out my feelings about life. Eventually others started noticing the mood changes and they suggested I go to a therapist person (I still don't know what they're real job title is xD). And they told me I had a form of bipolar. First I was freaked out, but they gave me medication and I'm feeling way better.
I'm not saying you have bipolar, just that talking to people and seeking help for yourself will really help you. Good luck ST :hug:
