No Way! My little girl has written like three separate Fanfictions for Harry Potter (I had no idea it was so popular)! And naturally she has the wickedest banner courtesy of dad.

ha ha, Harry Potter probably has the biggest fan following of anything in existence, including Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, and Twilight. Only Star Wars, I think, may possibly have more, and then just because it's so generation-spanning... but the Star Wars people don't make as much fanart/fanfiction as the kiddies do for HP. I myself have managed to avoid doing any Harry Pooter fan stuff, but... few have. Though I have done fanfics for Star Wars and LotR... sigh.
I guess by the strictest definition an OC really shouldn't be for a fanfic, but I dunno.

Yes indeed I do have a daughter on of a set actually, and for the sake of public domain I'll just say she is not old enough to drive but old enough to have a crush on Draco from Harry Potter and Jacob from Twilight. And has sorted out as a die-hard Slytherin on every single HP sorting websight out there! ^^(SO PROUD) ^^
gotcha. I have a great number of cousins that age - though the number is dwindling faster than I want. sigh. the whole "getting old" thing...
I can relate. My daughters live in another country and eveytime I see their pics I just feel Blah.
