What I like here the most is the lovely composition. Sure I have seen many versions of this concept, so it is not a new one, but I believe this particular holds an extraordinary meaning. It is maybe because of the nice sharped field, or the clouds formations. What matters is that it is great at its overall impression.
However, what I would suggest is maybe lowering the EV values a bit, in order to achieve physical contrast and not digital. I think it would make some difference, if not much. Also, you could have put the camera in a position to straighten the crops a bit, because they seem to lean to the right in some way.
In conclusion I think it is a very nicely handled concept which you should be proud of
