You're welcome :)

No worries about not understanding this right off...the tutorial itself was tough for me as the maker to even organize. I am hoping to go back and include more steps sometime in the future, now that I can see the tutorial and I know where I can add more in to make it more helpful :w00t:

For the length of the thread, pull it out as far as your arms can stretch...a little inaccurate, but it works. I'm short and have a smaller arm length and I always end up with extra :)

Usually what I do for tying off the beginning, is when I start the tutorial I leave about two finger's length of thread at the end. As I weave the thread in and out of the silver bugle beads, it pretty roughly holds it in place, but remember to pull tight at the end; not too tight as the bugle bead edges seem to like to cut the thread.

As I connect the two ends of the silver bugle bead strip, I weave the needle through as normal, and once that is done I weave it back through so it is right next to the tail of thread I left, and tie the two together tightly in a knot.

I take a second beading needle and thread it onto the tail left over and thread it through until I cannot do so anymore (from lack of thread), then cut the thread flush with the last bead it is coming out of. This is what I refer to as weaving the ends in. And usually because of the thread already threaded through the holes of the beads previously, it is a tight fit and holds the end firmly there so it will not slip out.

Tying off my work means to tie a knot around a tiny length of the thread in between the beads; I usually tie a knot two to three times in a row to ensure it will not come out. The weaving in as I mentioned, relies on the tight fit caused by the thread already threaded through the beads, so that when the remaining thread is ran back through the work, it is held tightly in place :)

I am trying to figure out a decorative way to do so...it's a bit difficult because if I thread the needle through the red "cherry" bead in order to bead the loop...it looks a bit odd, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually.

If you have any more questions, or did not understand my answers, let me know and I can reword it in a different way :)
Hey, thank you so much for answering my questions! Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, it's been a little hectic. I'll post pictures if I manage to get some cupcakes made ^_^
