It's really good! The face and hair are particularly well done. I like the colour scheme too, but I feel that the darkest shading on the skin is a little too dark, particularly on her right arm (on our left 
) it just looks a bit too dark. But then again, that same colour looks fine for the shading on the other side, so maybe its because there isn't any gradation (is that a word? I mean gradient consistency ... or something 
).
This is very good for a first piece of vector art, and very good even if it wasn't a first attempt!
