As for the pencils, I'm not sure. I think Michael's carries some stuff. Not sure if you have one of those where you live. Go to a comic shop and ask if they're familiar with any art supply outlet stores in your city.

Being in the land down under as I am, our comic stores just carry toys and comics, no art tools. I just thought you might now some shops online where I could buy the stuff online. But hey I will check out whatever comic stores I do know here just in case they might have those pens. And I'll look up the Wacom Centiq see how much it is, all I have right now is a medium Bamboo for starters. As for my fan fics, I have them here on DA in my gallery, feel free to entertain yourself with reading them if you get bored or need inspiration though, just bear in mind I'm no professional writer, even after editing there are still some mistakes in there!
