i like this, for the very fact it is showing life to be rather than just the typical nude. :hungry:
Very interesting concept..
This is really pretty! Lovely work on her skin and wings, and those trees are really nice.
This illustration is incredible! The faery reminds me of my friend Gina, who is due in February with her first baby. Almost all of her weight is in her tummy and breasts, too. And the dreamy, expectant expression is dead-on, too. Thank you for sharing with us!

What a beautiful use of color. Her expression and pose are lovely, the warm tones in the skin and the tree bark are offset nicely by all the blue, the sparkles do add a feel of a crisp winter day. I wish it weren't so centered, having the faerie off more to one side of the image or the other would really give it a nice flow of interest, I think. Very nice work, such beautiful attention to detail and smooth strokes.

You've done such a lovely job on it, everything looks perfect. The purplish grass in the bg, the figure and atmosphere all look so etherial and beautiful.
A smooth and well-done style. And the imagery is very creative. Not to mention, it remains a vibrant piece despite the cool, wintery feel of it. I like it! :+fav:

Weed's tips for DA success:
1. You don't have to look at my art; just look at my page!
2. Get all your friends to comment on my work, but have them all say the same thing!
3. Keep your comments under 3 words. Any more is just rude!
I am always impressed by your attention to detail, but I am very impressed by the subject of this piece as well. A woman heavy with child is rare to see in any format aside from photography, but I've never seen it in fantasy art before this. You have captured the glory of such a thing in a most beautiful way. I like the use of white (her wings and dress, the clouds, webs and birch bark) throughout, which gives it a feeling of purity.
