51%?, where did you get that percentage from? I'm curious. :shithappens:

~Please don't tell me, the percentage was compiled by the same people who counted votes in Florida~

Your starting to bore me.

People who don't know the difference between "your" and "you're" bore ME. So do people who cop out of discussions they can't win by saying they're not interested anymore.

looks like you can't handle discussions, the last argument you confront your opponent with is a flaw in spelling, i'm not an american, maybe i don't speel 100% right, but i still have my opinions... And so do shoo... And if all the people in America weren't allowed to vote, i think that George W. Bush would have suffered a embarrassing loss in his percent of votes... Please do correct my spelling if you can't seem to find other counter-arguments.

Looks like I can't handle discussions? Sorry, but I'm not the one bowing out of one by saying "your starting to bore me." That's nothing I can refute, nothing I can give a counter-point to. Spelling was the only thing I could get on. If he actually tried to back up his implied conspiracy theory that someone made up votes to get Bush in office this year, then I might have something to argue about. Instead, he pretends to be bored of the discussion so he doesn't have to back up his statements.

I won't do you the horrible injustice of correcting your spelling, but I'll touch on grammar and logic, since your last argument made no sense.

"if all the people in America weren't allowed to vote, i think that George W. Bush would have suffered a embarrassing loss in his percent of votes"

If all the people in America weren't allowed to vote, not only would he not have gotten any votes, but he still wouldn't have lost. IF NO ONE VOTES, THE GRAND TOTAL OF VOTES IS ZERO PERCENT. Not much of a democracy if we aren't allowed to vote.

Oops my mistake the sentence were supposed to say "if all the people in America that can't spell, weren't allowed to vote, i think that George W. Bush would have suffered a embarrassing loss in his percent of votes" my mistake, sorry... And yes it's true there isn't much to counter argue in "i'm bored" :-) .
It all comes down to me being REALLY tired of people who use other people's bad spelling as an argument for not taking their opinions seriously, that's it really... I've seen it WAY too many times in forums around the net...

ok fair enough, i don't think we can ever agree on this matter, because in my opinion there was also a lot of votes aimed at bush, coming from people that did not know better... i'm not saying it is like that, but it is fairly possible...

I also forgot to talk about your insult that got fumbled. It's not funny, it's just another "LOL BUSH SUPPORTERS ARE STUPID LOLOL LOOK HOW FUNNY MAKING FUN OF THEM IS!" kind of joke. As a general rule, it's the intellectuals and workers who are conservative Bush supporters, and the artists and college students are the liberal anti-Bushers. By that general following, it would be primarily the conservatives who support President Bush, which means they are more likely to have better spelling. Not insulting in any way, it's just a left brain/right brain sort of thing.

That's true enough. But when someone insults me by telling me they bore me, yet they can't even spell correctly, I'm not above using spelling as a vice.
