hi dawn! this is just gorgeous! i like the pink! for so many years i was just too cool to like pink, lol! but a few years ago my hairdresser talked me into letting her dye my hair hot pink (she was an artiste herself--you should have seen the things she wore! she would paint different dyes on my hair with paint brushes! she'd dye my hair like, five different shades of blue, or one christmas she to about 10 hours to make it tartan. i went to see her once a month and she bleached out all my hair to white--took about 2 hours just to get the hair the right color to start with. lol! i don't think i ever had an appointment with her that was less than 5 hours! her salon was called hairdoo voodoo. margaret decorated the shop, it was so cool and funky! she played awesome exotic, trippy music, not a station, but her cds. we drank champagne and exchanged gifts at christmas, they always went and got me a veggie burger and fries and a fruit shake! it was insane! i didn't know such places existed! i was working for a dot com boom pre-ipo hip tech company and just hit the lottery, as it were, with the stock they gave me when i was hired. i had a ridiculous amount of money and i was young and all my friends lived in san francisco, so we all ended up going to this salon and of course there would be no way i could go there now or before that job! it's amazing what you can get with a lot of money! i got to live that way for about 3 years and it was quite an experience! sorry! i launched off into a story! so the point was, i had this bright pink hair and so i got all pink accessories and make up and got really into pink, still am.
