oh yeah.. it can be effective i guess. if you would like to put an outline, make sure you dont outline everythign but maybe just the outside of the character, sometimes it looks better that way
yea i always seem to have a battle with myself if i wana outline or not.! i love seeing all the different types of outlineing, or lack of outline in all art!
