Hey, if you learn how to drive in LA, you can drive anywhere! Lol! At least, as somebody else who drives in LA, that's what I like to think.
Driving in L.A was like driving on a freeway into hell 
My instructor slammed the brakes on his side of the car once, and I asked him why the hell he did that. He told me I was about to run over the curb (which I wasn't). So after arguing with him a bit he looked out my side of the car and said,"Oops, guess you were right. Continue driving."
