Lemme try to explain the third part-
The first part of the video is mostly just a recap of the series
At first it shows a recap of Len after getting beaten up by Miku and Rin reaching out to him (hence the singing duet in the second part) It then shows the two during infancy, mid childhood, and then teenage hood (the age they are now) Now we see Rin lying on the ground with blood coming out of her mouth, but she gets up and starts singing again for the dragon (leading into AMAZING anamation) then she falls down again.

So the second half of the video begins with the creepy Miku laugh and then we see Len holding Rin's body, crying. Miku I guess uses magic and brings her back to life. I think I should also point out Len drops his pendent on the ground during this. Rin reaches out to Len and he hugs her (he looks kinda pissed as he's hugging her) The two then use their powers of light and dark I think and kill themselves and the dragon.
So yeah...Len finds rin dead, rin comes back to life, then they both die!
