Maybe the suit means your from the black & blue division kinda like the NFC North? Even though the colors resemble the Carolina Panthers more. Pretty cool design.

It's a lot simpler than that, blue is my favourtie colour. The original colours of the suit were black and red and I just changed it from red to blue.
