For getting some high profile pieces "out there" in the community, have you considered looking through Wikipedia for the many prehistoric animals which they have articles for, but which are currently lamely illustrated? There're TONS of'em, and it looks to me like a great way to present your material where millions will see it.

Aw thank you, I appreciate it. 
I wouldn't mind submitting it to Wikipedia but I'm afraid there's a couple of very big inaccuracies that might preclude its use as a reference. Mostly that the feathering looks like fur instead of feathers. I'm working on making one more appropriate though.
