Your pieces have the enviable quality of pulling the viewer right into their world. And keeping them stuck there for awhile. In a few seconds, we've already drawn up a back story in our minds of what we're looking at.

What struck me first about this one was the super-sharp, other worldly dagger. That was also the first thing we saw when it was loading. So to be honest, I thought that the dagger would definitely be an interactive element and was a little disappointed that it wasn't. I expected it would do something like spin, flash, disappear or something else if I clicked on it.

As for the girl...I absolutely LOVE her strong personality, her poise, confidence and most of all her facial expression. But even all that seems to be daring us to touch the dagger. I also just wanted to say that in the close-up, she doesn't seem to be making eye-contact with us although there isn't that issue in the normal view. But I love that you give us these close-ups. it allows us to appreciate the time and thought you've put in to all the drawing and animation details.

You have one more enviable quality that you must be congratulated upon and that is "subtlety". The breathing, blinking, atmospheric smoke and lights. You don't go over the top with these. This also keeps the viewer stuck on your page for a long time, looking for the movement and taking in the detail.

All in all, INSPIRATIONAL!
