Very intersting composition. There are some pretty deep feelings in this, even at a glance.

White sheet on the window above my bed. It's a cross process of about four different pictures. The one on the left, a quick snapshot, dark silhouette with sharp edges against the white. The left were timed shots of basically the same pose with movement added. Add in an hour of mixing in Photoshop, and viola!
Lighting was half natural, half model lighting with a white softbox.
