There are four or maybe even five visible, actually. She's a spider. There are probably more we cant see. One on the left, and three shoulders visible on that side too, and three or maybe four hands holding the apple.

Still love this piece~ It has been in my favorites for a while and it popped back up when I last went to my own home page, and I just couldn't resist clicking on it again.
