That's a great painting, looks so photorealistic I first thought it was a photo. The face looks very thoughtful and expressive and I adore the way you've done the hair. My only (minor) complaint would be the hand, it looks somehow plastic and doll-like. I think it could use more shading and texture and a skin tone with less red, but I'm no expert. Thumbs up for the great work!
