For some reason this reminds me of a book I read in high school called Owl in Love. Its about a girl who can shape shift from human to owl and she finds another boy like her who doesn't know exactly what he is or how to control his abilities. Anyway I love the sweet tender emotion in this sketch and will be watching to see the painting you create of it later.
