I first made a version with the entire text visible, but that didn't look very well (to crowded). I am still thinking how I can make a version where you can see it throughout without beeing to crowded. Suggestions are welcome

Well, don't know, really.. 
Maybe you could make bigger fold, lose the text, and make objects for each category bigger..
