There is indeed no arc reactor called "Arc Reactor".
But, if you didn't noticed, this "art-work"'s comment consists of talk about the arc reactor from the Marvel universe in which there is only one.
And since there is only one (and in relation to this universe, fiction anyway), we can might as well refer to it as the arc reactor. It's not a big deal
But aside from that. I never stated that to be the actual name of the apparatus
Yeah the Tokamak. But of course there exist torus-shaped generators, generating toroidal fields and such. That concept is widely known and no secret at all.
But again, this here is about this fictional version of this specific Marvel's arc reactor on which i think is impossible.
Anyway, what part of "I'm not saying this kind of thing would never be possible. But it would have to be done differently to say the least." did you not get? (see my last post)
Research? I only care if i'm as close as possible to truth due to research of people who really observed reality and made testable predictions with it (see also other posts).
But next to that, even without my insignificant electro-education, i could have told you that 3Gj/s through a couple of tiny wires wouldn't go that well
