Comment on BlueVision V0.2 Alpha [RAINMETER] by g3xter

Right, I don't know if it's because I'm being an idiot, or if it's because there's something wrong with this, but for some reason none of the apps on my computer are able to open up this download for me to be able to put it onto my desktop.

What should you open this file up with for you to be able to use it?
