i'd say yes... you kind of expect it to be in motion, so it might work in your favour that its not moving yet the field is? or maybe you could just add some radial blur to it

I just found out apparently they occasionally open it to the public for like a week a year and operate the machinery... that would sure make a unique image so I'll have to keep an eye out!

Its not too hard... i did this in < 2 mins (i'll take it down as soon as ya see it). Just elliptical marquee selected and radial blured on another layer and masked out
