That's nice. You have an interesting hand. What's to learn, if you can draw like that then you're more likely to teach others than to need to learn how to draw hands.

you have very interesting hands and this is a wonderful piece the detail and depth you've added just with the shading, it's outstanding
the amount of thought you've put in to this certainly shows through, especially with the creases and curves on the hand 
i personally love hands, its my favourite part of the body . . . this just makes me adore them even more
