Interesting idea, but the name's copyrights by someone else, I'm afraid. =/ [link]
If you ever actually make an anime out of it, you might have to deal with legal threats from Wizards.

Thank you. ^-^

Though I will say that you can't copyright a name like that (since the card game isn't called 'Darigaaz', etc, etc - I checked all that outbefore naming my oc, since a friend of mine gave me the name, but then told me afterwards where she got it - And aside from the name, this whole oc was already made up by that point.

I checked it out so that I wouldn't get in trouble, and I won't since the NAME 'Darigaaz' isn't what's copyrighted - It's the dragon itself and 'magic the gathering' - and besides, I did this story for fun and I'm not expecting to be making any money off of it anyways ^-^0 but thank you for your concern.

Actually, I think you'll find they own all card names. "Wizards of the Coast , Magic: The Gathering , and the card names and card text are registered trademarks and copyright properties of Wizards of the Coast, Inc." [link]

"Darigaaz The igniter" Is the full name of the dragon - I picked out the first part of it and along with the fact that this oc of mine was completely drawn and made up before even choosing a name (which I will add - Weird words/names like this, I actually make up myself quite easily so I would have made something up similar anyways) , It's not the full name and I will repeat again, that I'm not making any money off of my Character - I made him up for my story, which was made for fun and nothing more.

I did not name him "Darigaaz the igniter" - which is the "card's name". I named him just "Darigaaz" . So That's like taking a card that was named...say... "Marah's wrath" or something and saying you can't use the name '"Marah", etc for a random story you're writing O.o If I was making money off of this then MAYBE I'd need to alter his name a bit - and that's still just a MAYBE - but since I'm not, then I'm 100% fine regardless ^-^0
