I just encountered a King Snake on my front steps the this past week! After the mini heart attack was over, I marveled at his really simple and beautiful patterning of black splotches with white rings. That sort of natural patterning works so well when transferred to leather! These snake dragon masks just look stunning and have that rustic natural mood to them.
Plus that's two awesome designs in one! I'd love to see you tackle a Coral Snake

Eeep! Yeah, I think snakes are beautiful but um...not too close. If they're poisonous anyway. When I was a kid I used to catch the little garter snakes for fun 'cause I was crazy like that.
