Ha! The resemblance is obvious, but I'd never heard of someone actually naming him that.

"t" - "good"
+"Tsua" - "idea"
+"n" - "new"
= T'tsua'n - "pure" ("purity" is an concept about good, and often associated with newness, e.g. fresh snow)

"cyr" - "cycle"
+ "ru" - "movement"
= "cyr'ru" - "tide" (a cyclic movement)

so "T'tsau'n Cyr'ru" - "Pure Tide"

Pronounce it "t-ts-AUN syr-RU"

Eh. Not exact, and feel free to use it or not, but the idea piqued my interest.
