well it is simple, you open the program, click on tray menu and click (Create New Background) and Enter a name to identify this aero style, then enable "EditMode" from the tray menu, you will be able to move and size the aero gui, at last disable the "EditMode" and check if u want to enable any of the other options, then ship it with your skin, and tell the users to add a shortcut to in "Start up" folder
