-Bursts out laughing- Good grief, a scientific joke! XD And to think people would ramble on about how "impossible" it is... At least from what I remember. If only they added a scene like this into the movie! ...Sadly, that defies the chronological setting of the culture, but I'm glad this comic brought that possibility to life. :)

Being TOTAL SCIENCE NERDS here, we don't believe in the impossibility of a science joke. There's just so much material to work with!
Thanks so much for the kind words. :) But yeah, I think they've already bent the rules of history enough with the movie. I mean, come on. Hiccup had a PENCIL, that technologically advanced little brat. :B

Pte he he, true, true. XD And you're welcome. :)

Ah man, I certainly wish I possessed a good measure of intellect on the scientific field. I just collect random bits and pieces here and there, sometimes on paleontological and geographical knowledge, other times on biological modern day specimen, but learning about chemicals in particular sounds intriguing. I mean, it seems like there are probably plenty out there with the potential use of a pun, and this comic in particular simply nails it! XD "BERKelium." Combining that with that one convenient line in the film, and it's like this part of the movie was MADE for that moment! -Bursts out laughing again- I have to say, you have a very open mind and an eye for detail to have connected those two. :)

Thanks again. <3 Even though I love science, I'm an arts and languages person at heart, so after highschool the only science I'll be learning is through independent study. But really, that's not so bad at all - learning doesn't stop after school ends, after all. We oughta be learning all our lives, so independent study is a fine idea to keep the science knowledge up to date without needing a degree in it.

True... And for some reason, I find more benefit from independent learning. XD Mostly because it's interesting enough to pay attention to.
