I thought the drawing was stunning, and then I read the little writing that came with it and I almost started to cry. How beautiful and sad is this little boy hope.

Thank you. I'm so glad you like it. The story is an excerpt from an old chapter of my ongoing SSLE fanfic.
The material I used are Acrylics.
But then I touched up some of the details with Paintshop. Being the first time I used it, I was a bit wary, but I found it relatively easy ( and far less messy)! So I might use it more in the future- I love the magnifying feature - something you can't do with traditional painting.
