Flash doesn't give me the option to save it as a flash... Or at least I can't find anything that says I can do that. ._.;;

Hm, I'll try to see if I can change it to a GIF file. But, does it have to be a GIF file? Can't you just go to download then get the web address, then put it as an icon?
