Its really great looking, it was hard to comment on the unpainted one since a lot rides on the mask paint job of course. Although pre-paint the stump texture was still quite impressive. 
There are a lot of things with it that looks odd but I didn't spend a lot of time on it so it's my own fault. Well well doesn't really matter. Next thing I make I'll spend more time on it, so that it'll look decent. I just can't make up my mind on what to sculpt. There are too many things!!!
Much better than not being able to think of anything to do though.
