Comment on Switzerland by bpresing

Lovely line work on this one. How do you do it? Is it ink work on paper scanned in or vector line work or something else entirely? I still haven't really figured out what a really effective process for creating the outlines from my pencil work is, whether I should be learning how to do brush work on paper, or figuring out how to get varying line widths in photoshop or illustrator.
