I think it's chalk... In another picture of his/hers, its showing little pieces of chalk.
yeah i sall the chalk 2, but then i looked a little closer and thought man thats smooth for just chalk! idk!! lol

Wait... It's REALLY smooth. Perhaps it IS paint. Or maybe a mixture.
