2.7.3 sould be fine. You can't cd to the folder? That is weird.... I really have no clue what could be doing that.
Try opening the "AnyColorYouLike" script in a text editor and then try to run the commands in the script manually by yourself. Maybe that will work better.

got it, i just had to go in the scalable folder and right click, execute the .py script. thanks.
